One easy way to include a serving or two of fruit in your day is with a quick smoothie. If you’ve got a decent blender and some frozen fruit, it takes only minutes to put something together.  For my family, the secret ingredient for a winning smoothie is pineapple.  With equal parts pineapple to other fruits, I can pretty much get away with any combination of fruits (and an occasional handful of spinach!) without adding any sweeteners or dairy substitutes.  Our favorite combination is blueberries, strawberries, and pineapple.  Give it a try.  Let me know what you think and share your favorites below!
